Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Shinde has held several senior leadership positions in globally recognized multinational corporations such as Stanley Black & Decker, Konecranes, Tata Motors, GTL, Johnson & Johnson, and Ion Exchange India, where he consistently demonstrated excellence in EHS leadership, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
